  I didn’t catch the name of the dentist who took care of me on 8/16, but he exceeded my expectations. He was thorough in his explanations, thoughtful in his education, and very understanding and genuinely happy to help. I have never had such a positive experience at the dentist as I did here. Denise, the hygienist, is amazing as well. She takes the time to educate and answer any questions and you can tell she genuinely loves what she does.

This was my first visit for me here after having my son come for his last two visits. The providers are professional, personable, and patient-centered. I believe the sister of the dentist who took care of me yesterday took care of my son, she was also very patient and did not push him past his comfort zone. She emphasized the importance of creating a positive experience to ensure a lifetime of compliance.

  Let me start by saying I absolutely hate the dentist. I had to go in for a crown and a filling and I was so scared. Dr. C was amazing, I barely, BARELY felt the shot. Couldn’t believe it. She made sure I was numb and comfortable throughout the whole appointment. Keri stepped in to assist with my dental work and was very easy going and comforting as well. This was my most extensive dental appointment and by far the best. I could not recommend Dr. C and Keri more. Thank you both!

Abi, the office manager, is very responsive and helpful with all of my questions. My emails get answered in a timely manner and she has researched and resolved any issues I have concerning insurance.   The level of care, concern, and time invested is above and beyond anything I have experienced with other dentists. I have had the privilege of working with high end dentists and these guys put them to shame. The entire team was fully engaged and went out of their way to communicate effectively and make sure we that both my son and I were completely comfortable.   I was very apprehensive to change my previous dentist I was with for more than 10 years. After 10 year, I was overcharged for service and decided to move to another office.
Like I said , I was very apprehensive and was not very trustful when I came to Riverwalk Dental on Potranco Road. But with time I realized that they are very professional, caring, forgiving for my apprehensive behavior.  They have fixed problem with my gums, which my previous dentist had not.
